About the plans
When does the plan start?
The day you join. Your first health check and booster can be booked straight away.
Can I join with an older pet?
Yes, at any age. Pets over 8 are best on the Senior plan.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Wellness plans turn routine care into a monthly payment, and for larger treatments we offer a three-month payment plan.
Do you claim from pet insurance for me?
Yes. We send claims straight to most insurers, so for approved claims you only pay the excess on the day.
