Why home visits

Calmer pets, clearer answers

Pets often behave differently at the clinic. At home we see how they really walk, eat and live, which helps us give better advice.

  • No stressful journey
  • Several pets seen in one visit
  • Ideal for elderly pets
  • Same vet every time

Care at home, in their words

Oscar is too stressed for the car now, so the house calls are perfect. The vet and nurse were so gentle, and he stayed asleep on his chair for most of it.

When it was time for Rosie, they came to our home and let us take as long as we needed. Kind, calm and unhurried. We will always be grateful.

Ziggy cut his paw on a Sunday. A quick video call told us it could wait for the morning and how to bandage it. It saved us a stressful night.

Questions

About home visits

Where do you visit?

Anywhere within eight miles of the clinic on Meadow Lane, on weekday mornings.

What can you do at home?

Health checks, vaccines, blood samples, nail trims, end-of-life care and most medicines. Surgery and X-rays happen at the clinic.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Wellness plans turn routine care into a monthly payment, and for larger treatments we offer a three-month payment plan.

What happens in an emergency at night?

Call the clinic number at any time. A vet answers, tells you what to do and meets you at the clinic if your pet needs to be seen.
