Cannot find your answer? Call us or add a note to your appointment request.

Do I need to register before the first visit?

No. Book online or call, and we register your pet when you arrive. Bring any vaccine cards or records you have.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Old vaccine records, the names of any medicines and a list of questions. Cats come in a carrier, dogs on a lead.

How much does a consultation cost?

A standard consultation is $55. Every other fee is on our fees page, and we always agree treatment costs with you before we start.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Wellness plans turn routine care into a monthly payment, and for larger treatments we offer a three-month payment plan.

What happens in an emergency at night?

Call the clinic number at any time. A vet answers, tells you what to do and meets you at the clinic if your pet needs to be seen.

Do you see rabbits, birds and reptiles?

Yes. Dr Priya Nair sees rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and reptiles from Wednesday to Saturday.

My pet is very nervous. Can you help?

Tell us when you book. We can give you the quietest slot, take you straight to a room and suggest calming steps for the journey.

Do you claim from pet insurance for me?

Yes. We send claims straight to most insurers, so for approved claims you only pay the excess on the day.
